St. Edward needed a score on their final drive, and the offense came through, sealing a 15-12 win over Olentangy Liberty. Langston Lucas was perfect for the Eagles in his first-ever start, going 14-14 through the air for 158 yards and rushing for both St. Edward touchdowns. The defense was dominant, only allowing the Patriots 141 yards of offense. The Eagles will be home again this week against another tough opponent, Canton McKinley (1-0).
