The Explorers opted up to Division I this offseason and picked up a 24-19 win over Region 1 foe Austintown-Fitch. Reno Ferri reminded everyone why he’s one of the top running backs in the area, scoring two touchdowns. The special teams unit played a big role in the first half, blocking a punt and returning a fumble for a touchdown. Hudson hits the road again this week when they travel to Jackson (1-0).
