Sometimes it seems like a bad dream that you cannot awake from.  Or even worse, a horrible movie you cannot turn off and seems to be on every single channel.

The Browns vs Steelers rivalry used to be one of the best in sports.  Sadly, since the Browns returned to the NFL in 1999 and lost at home to Pittsburgh 43-0, the rivalry has been lopsided.

The Browns did manage to extract revenge later that season at Three Rivers Stadium with a thrilling 16-15 last second victory on the foot of Phil Dawson.

The victories over Pittsburgh have been very few and far between ever since.  In fact, in the 22 seasons since the Browns came back, they have only beaten Pittsburgh a total of 9 times.

With a stat that staggering, and a record of 9-36-1 overall to them since 99, including in that stat is 1-1 in the playoffs.  We might as well go back and break down all 9 wins.  Let’s have some fun!
