The Cavs have one more game left in the 2022-2023 regular season against the Charlotte Hornets. It is unclear if the J.B. Bickerstaff will play the starters for the final regular season game. Unlike past playoffs with LeBron James, there is a week off for the team between the end of the regular season and the start of the playoffs with the NBA play-in tournament. The Cavs will have a full week off before they play the Knicks in the first round.

The Cavs will look to end the regular season as healthy as they can be, this is the first time the Cavs have made the playoffs in five seasons, and over twenty years since they made it without James.
