Jumping up one spot after a loss might seem strange, but the Bulldogs proved they could hang with the upper echelon of Division I in their 22-8 loss at St. Edward. Despite not having All-Ohio running back Kyelin West due to a hamstring injury, McKinley actually took an 8-0 lead. The Bulldogs got on the board first thanks to a 45-yard pick-six from Amare Mitchell. McKinley will be at home Friday night when they host the Sandusky Blue Streaks (0-2).
