There’s no easy way to put it, the Eagles ran into a buzzsaw last Friday night and fell to Pine-Richland 48-18. According to Chris Sweeney of the Chronicle-Telegram, it was the first double digit loss since 2021 for Avon, when Drew Allar led the Medina Bees to victory. Fin Jerdonek found the end zone again, this time for a 21-yard score. The Eagles will look to right the ship Friday night when they travel to Upper Arlington (2-0).
