Ranking All 40 Parks of the 2023 Summer Park Tour

On June 4, 2023, my family made the decision to visit 40 parks throughout the entire summer.  It was more so 40 playgrounds, but the words, “Summer Park Tour” just sounded cooler, so we went with it!  Our nights were filled with trips to local playgrounds, and some not so local, in an exhaustive search to find out which ones were the very best, and the very worst.

We rated them in a number of ways.

Attractions at the park

Cleanliness

Safety

Bathroom situation

Parking Situation

Access to the park

Places for parents to sit

Along with various other factors that allowed us to grade the park, and decide if we’d want to go back, or never set foot there again. 40 night, 40 playgrounds, and a lot of fun!

Here now are how we ranked all 40, with the worst being 40th, and the best, being 1rst.  I hope you enjoy reading this list as much as my family did putting it together.  Full articles on each of the 40 parks can be found at the link at the very bottom of each ranking.  Enjoy!
