North Olmsted Captures School Record With 43-1 Win Over Rocky River

The 7th grade NOMS team captured a school record for wins Thursday Night with their 10th of the season.  The North Olmsted Girls basketball program has been looking for a bright spot, and they have found one with the tremendous youth program currently developing.  This 7th grade team led by Head Coach Dave Foley is not one to reckon with!

In their 43- 1 victory over Rocky River, they held the Pirates scoreless almost the entire game. The Eagles built a 19-0 lead after one quarter, a 32-0 lead at halftime and never looked back as they cruised to victory in this one.

Leading the scorers for North Olmsted were Kayla Hartman and Amaya Capps with 11 each while sharp shooting Adriana Kozey had 10 including 2 of 2 from deep. Also scoring for the Eagles on this magical night was

Giuliana Sharp 4, Nadia Silmi 3, Delaney Steimle 2, Josie Stark 2, and Brooklyn Chudowski 2.
