Runners posed for a breakout season:
James O’Donnell, James Toole, Ryan Smith, Ben and Luke Jablonowski, Charlie Payne – This group of runners should take us to Regionals as a Team. James O’Donnell, James Toole, and Charlie Payne I believe have a chance to make state as individuals.
Key To Success in GLC:
Consistency and Caring
The guys need to consistently show up and care while they are at practice and while running in the meets.
If they don’t miss practice, put in the work while they are at practice, they will run successfully as a team in each meet. Staying healthy and doing the proper things to recover during the week will also help them stay in the game this season.
