Before it had the actual moniker, these three teams gave birth to the greatest tag Team Match Gimmick ever created. The Hardy’s and Edge & Christian had done a ladder match the past fall in Cleveland at No Mercy, and by adding the Dudley’s to the mix made it even better. Each of the three teams absolutely brought it!
All three were fan favorites at the time, despite the Dudley’s trying to be heels, they were still getting cheered. This was also the last time that Edge & Christian were a face team as they went heel the next night on RAW. The match itself was loaded with high spots and large pops! It stole the show, which in itself, was very weak.
