The NXT vs AEW Debate Is Answered

Cruiserweight Division

Winner – NXT

Once again, we have a category that isn’t even close.  While NXT can have a tournament any night of the week with 8 to even 12 quality selections, AEW has close to nothing to put up other than Sammy G and Darby Allen.

And here is the thing, Sammy G and Darby Allen are two of the very best in the business but they are not billed as cruiserweights.  Perhaps when PAC returns from quarantine, things can pick up as he is the very best in the world. Spare me with your Marko Stunt and Jungle Boy Jack Perry takes too.

Big Men

Winner – AEW

While AEW may struggle with cruiserweights, they are currently having no problems recruiting the big men. Former Impact World Champion Brian Cage who just arrived, joins Luchasauruas, Brodie Lee and Lance Archer.

The one with the brightest future and largest upside however is the man fans know the least about, and that is Wardlow.  Michael Wardlow is loaded with potential to be one of the best big men this industry has ever seen. If you don’t believe me just check out some of the work he did with IWC.
