Strongsville TGI Fridays Hits All Time Low In Customer Service

Ordered fish and chips , received rock hard over fried fish .  They did make another but by the time I got it my guest was already done eating.  The food only tasted like salt, especially the spinach artichoke dip. The drinks were subpar and the bartender didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. They were out of a lot of ingredients, so they couldn’t prepare quite a few drinks.

The quality of food has really gone down hill, at least the steak has. Ordered a flat iron steak cooked medium and the cut I received was so small, tough and full of gristle I couldn’t even cut it. For a dinner for 2 costing close to $70 bucks, it was not worth the price and I will definitely be spending my money elsewhere next time.

As we sat down and started looking around the atmosphere, just wasn’t there. It took a good minute to get our starters and after we finished we waited for over 30minutes to be asked if we needed anything else. We decided to just go ahead and leave. We definitely left disappointed, won’t be coming back again.
