17 Randy Orton
Orton made the list on stats alone. I don’t like his wrestling style, he doesn’t show much respect for the fans or the business, but the guy knows how to rack up gold when he isn’t getting injured. He was also a member of Evolution, one of the greatest stables of all time.
Orton currently has held the WWE Championship nine times and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship four times. He has won two Royal Rumbles, headlined WrestleMania 24, 25, and 30.
He also fought and won the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 33 in a match no one cares to remember. He has held tag gold, Intercontinental gold, and United States Championship Gold. Pretty much the guy has done it all.
