10 HHH
Triple H is sneaky good. He reminds me of Mick Foley in the fact that no matter the gimmick, no matter his spot on the card, he always got over! Go back and watch some of his earliest matches in the old WWF upon his 1995 arrival, they are really good!
He evolved throughout the years of the blue blood snob, to the cerebral assassin. Not to mention his role in DX which changed how pop culture looked at wrestling. HHH is one of the biggest players in the WWE Attitude Era that seldom gets the credit he deserves!
This guy did it all! And I mean did it all! Starting with the blue blood gimmick, moving on to the DX run, then the Corporation, to The Game. Even after he got hurt in 2001, he comes back in 2002 and eventually turns heel again to form Evolution.
He has had one classic match after another, and has stolen the spotlight in countless WrestleManias in which his matches were originally seen as after thoughts! Need further proof of this? Go back and watch his WrestleMania 13 match versus Goldust, his WrestleMania 14 match against Owen Hart, his WrestleMania 17 match against The Undertaker.
His WrestleMania 19 match against Booker T, his WrestleMania 20 match against Benoit and Shawn Michaels, his WrestleMania 21 match against Batista, his WrestleMania 22 match against John Cena, his incredible WrestleMania 27 & 28 matches against The Undertaker.
His WrestleMania match at 31 against Sting was great and so was his match last year once again against Batista. He is the true Mr. WrestleMania!
HHH takes a lot of crap because of marriage to Stephanie McMahon but it is not deserved. How can anyone hate this guy? He runs NXT which is the best brand in WWE right now. He was part of Evolution and DX, two of the greatest stables of all time. Honestly, what more do you want from him?
