PARK REVIEW: Bohlken Park in Fairview

Summer Park Tour 2023 made stop 34 at Bohlken Park today in Fairview.  This is a cult favorite of ours as mommy shops at Target, we take the chance to walk back and play at the playground. It is about a 3-minute walk from the Westgate Plaza and a cannot miss park if the weather is right.

Highlights include a nice pavilion to sit in if the weather does decide to act up.  It has a nice playset with castle tops and great slides, both normal and tunnel. My daughters enjoy the double slide as they love to race!

I’m not a fan of the wood chips, as I prefer the soft rubber instead, much cleaner and easier on the feet, but most parks do have the wood chips you find here. It does have indoor plumbing with clean bathrooms which is always a plus as well.

This is a cute little playground, and if there are baseball games going on, a perfect get away for the younger sibling and parent who just cannot sit still.  We recommend this park!
