by Nothing says Northeast Ohio Rivalries quite like The Battle for the Bagley Cup between Olmsted Falls and Berea-Midpark. In fact, there is entire chapter all about this magical rivalry in my book Northeast Ohio High School Football Rivalries:
In fact, you can buy a copy of that book in time for Christmas right here –
Well, that being said, we’ve seen some epic performances in this rivalry over the years and this seasons edition was no different. Olmsted Falls quarterback Cameron Pesch had the game of his life as he led the Bulldogs on a thrilling last second drive to defeat the rival Titans.
With just 19 seconds remaining, Bulldogs quarterback Cameron Pesch scored on a 17-yard touchdown run to give Olmsted Falls a thrilling 42–38 victory over their rival.
The atmosphere was electric throughout the night, as both teams traded blows in a game that saw the lead change hands seemingly every time someone scored.
Both quarterbacks put their teams on their backs, throwing for over 200 yards apiece. Pesch completed 17 of 21 passes for 227 yards and three touchdowns while adding 99 yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries.
This performance makes Cameron Pesch our Jenny’s Old Fashioned Popcorn Player of the Week for Week 8. The Bulldogs will look to stay hot this Friday Night as they host Midview.
With great customer and vendor relationships, their goal is to continue to provide the fantastic snacks that consumers have come to expect from the many Poppee’s Popcorn products. They have everything from caramel to cheddar, with over 39 fantastic flavors, including dittos for the kiddo’s. You can purchase them anywhere popcorn is sold including Giant Eagle and Marcs or visit them on line at Jenny’s Old Fashioned Popcorn – https://www.jennyspopcorn.com/
Again, Olmsted Falls and Berea-Midpark have an entire chapter dedicated to them in this book, buy a copy and I will personally come to your house and sign it if you want.
