Ryan Bader was on an incredible run in Bellator, the current Bellator Heavyweight Champion and now former Light Heavyweight Champion lost for the first time since 2016 last night. He was stopped by Vadim Nemkov in the second round. For Bader, he was 12-1-1 in his last 14 fights coming in, but simply didn’t have it last night.
Elsewhere on the card, Roy Nelson lost his fifth straight fight. A decision loss to Valentin Moldavsky in a UD. He has lost 12 of his last 14 and it is hard to figure out how he keeps getting booked on major cards.
