The varsity tennis team wrapped up their season today with a 4-1 victory over Strongsville.

Yesterday, the Eagles participated in the OHSAA sectional tournament in Elyria. The team fought hard, but came up short in all five matches. Both of the doubles teams (Matthias Fabian/Bryce Tabor and Jonathan Outrich/Alex Nagy) were able to force 3rd set tiebreaks against Midview, but were unable to pull of a victory. Zach Limpert also forced a tiebreak against Strongsville.

Today, Eagle tennis rebounded with their solid victory over Strongsville. Matthias Fabian and Joe Ruben started off the match with solid victories at 1st and 3rd Singles. Jonathan Outrich and Alex Nagy posted a straight set victory at second doubles. Bryce Tabor made his singles debut this year by winning 6-0, 6-3 at second singles.

Today concludes another exciting tennis season for North Olmsted tennis. Special thanks to senior varsity members Matthias, Dillon, Joe, Zach, and Jonathan. Your effort was outstanding. Your improvement all year was phenomenal. I appreciate your great sportsmanship-good luck!
