Mentor, OH- When these two teams met in Week 6, Brunswick was able to keep the game within reach for two quarters despite falling to Mentor 35-14. Tonight, was a different story as Scotty Fox and The Mentor Cardinals clicked on all cylinders in a big win over The Brunswick Blue Devils 35-14 at Jerome T. Osborne Stadium.

But the Cardinal defense led by Notre Dame commit Brenan Vernon, allowed 3 points in the last eight quarters coming into the game held forcing one of many Blue Devil punts. After a few solid plays from Quarterback Scotty Fox put an exclamation point on the opening drive. Fox juked around a few Blue Devil defenders for a 33-yard touchdown for his longest rush of the season.
