Medina Stings Euclid 51-18

The varsity football team defeated Euclid 51-18 on Friday night. Cooper Josefczyk ran for 291 yards and 3 touchdowns on 27 carries to break the school record for rushing yards in a game. Tallen Hulvey had 2 interceptions and blocked a punt to lead to a scoop and score by Camden Sokolowski, while Roland Jackson forced a fumble that led to a Brayden Smigel recovery for a TD. Finn Kelps finished 3 for 3 on FG attempts (28, 32, 30) and made all 6 of his PAT attempts.

Medina improves to 2-4 overall and 1-2 in the GCC. The Battling Bees will return home next week to take on the Strongsville Mustangs at Ken Dukes Stadium.
