by It was a true pleasure working with MDG Flooring America to re-design the look of our master bathroom this past month. They proved that their attention to customer service, affordable pricing and quality craftmanship remains unmatched in the flooring industry.
We called upon Jake at the North Olmsted location to show us what would look and feel the best in our home and he had no shortage of options. Jake took the time to show us several options and had the knowledge and patience to work with us in the decision process.
MDG Flooring America made everything easy and fun, two of the keys to any small family such as mine. Not only is it affordable, but it is quality material they are using. Just because the price isn’t sky doesn’t mean the service isn’t. I’ll say it again, my family was blown away with how well we were treated from start to finish. We were never under any pressure or commitment to buy anything but they made it easy and enjoyable when the time came to do so.
The experience was so good that we have already decided our next flooring project of any kind will be with MDG. Even that old carpet I have been putting off tearing up and removing, with MDG, I have sudden inspiration to do so and work with them for flooring in every room of my house.
It’s amazing too because our bathroom wasn’t huge, but just the new flooring alone makes it look twice as large. Not only that, but they installed our new vanity as well! At MDG, they are going to work with you and work hard to make sure the job is done to perfection. We even had a young man come out on a Saturday morning during a holiday weekend to finish the job. They are that committed to customer service.
