The Lake to Lake Trail in Middleburg Heights is a 2.4-mile paved and boardwalk path within the Cleveland Metroparks Big Creek Reservation. It connects Lake Isaac in Middleburg Heights to Lake Abram in neighboring Berea, serving as a scenic, universally accessible route for walkers, cyclists, and runners

- Surface: Fully paved with wide asphalt and raised wooden boardwalks traversing 175 acres of headwater wetlands.

- Lake Isaac (South/East End): Access is located on Big Creek Parkway, just south of Fowles Road in Middleburg Heights.

- Fowles Marsh Area: Offers an additional Lake-to-Lake Trailhead with easy path access.
