Never did I believe the winner would come in a losing effort, but that is exactly what happened. This was incredible as Mackenzie Blackford took over and became a one woman show as she put up 38 against on the Blue Streaks on the road. She didn’t so this against some 3 or 4 win team, she did it against one of the best defensive teams in the state! She couldn’t miss and almost willed the Comets back from a double-digit deficit late in the game. Rest assured, with Trish Kruse on the sidelines calling the shots, and Blackford on the court draining the shots, the Comets are a serious threat to win it all!
