It was all Cleveland Crunch from start to finish as they cracked the lid open on the 2025-2026 season with a commanding 17-6 victory over Lansing on Saturday Night.  The road warriors dominated every asset of the night by shooting over 50% with a insanely accurate 17 of 30 performance along with multiple goals in every period.

The Crunch was led in scoring by Admir Suljevic with 4 goals while Mikey Derezic and Gabriel Pewu each had 3.  Jannis Schmidt had 2 while David Jordan, Aidan Bozak, Omar Najjar, Brenden Swann and Ma’Cain Spragling each had one.  For Suljevic, he continued to generate points in multiple ways as he added 4 assists onto his night.

In goal, both keepers saw plenty of action as Scott Santa saved 9 of 14 in 29 minutes while Liam Mcintosh saved 11 of 12 in 31 dominant minutes.  The good guys jumped out to a 5-0 lead after one and never looked back from there.

The Crunch will look to improve their record to 2-0 next as they travel to Fort Wayne on December 20th, before opening the home portion of their schedule on January 10th from the Wolstein Center.  Tickets for that game can be purchased at the below link.
