Cleveland Browns Decisions That Cost Them The 2022 Season

Decision Two – Myles Garret continues to drive recklessly and crashes his car, causing him to miss a game due to injury, and hasn’t been the same since.

Any chance the Browns had of being competitive the first 11 weeks of the season were if Myles Garret and the defense took over games, they have not done that and have gotten worse by the week.  When Garrett crashed his car and got banged up, he hasn’t been the same since.  Despite 8 plus sacks in 10 games, he only has 26 tackles and has lacked the explosiveness the Browns needed from him.

Between Garrett with his issues, and Denzel Ward remaining injury prone, the Browns defense is a shell of what they were expected to be, and needed to be.

  1. It’s always the same thing. Cleveland should by now have a zero tolerance for losing. Come on when a undergrad could do better at coaching . Here’s your sign. These people get way to much time. It’s not like they lose to close scores they get killed. The talent is there but the teachers are not. Haslam has to demand better for his fans.

    1. Comment simple as this Haslam needs to step up out of the shadow of his wife, tell Stefanski hand over playcalling ,Fire Woods or u r on the unemployment line!!! Simple as that….I hate to say it but our last good Owner was,Yes,Mr. Modell!!! At least he had numerous winning seasons and the last divisional crown that we have had!!!

  2. I’m not knocking Cleveland this year. They made a strategic move just like everyone else does. They went out and got a really good QB. Now all they have to do is make it through the season with a healthy core that they have. Next year plan to tighten up the Defense, maybe get a couple steals on offense. Regardless, most of the games they have lost this season have been by 3pts or less. That’s not bad, their not getting blown out. I look forward to next year. Cleveland should make the play offs.
