Bay Defense Stays Dominant

Bay Finishes Strong

The second half did not feature any scoring on the offensive end for either team. The Bay defense came away with a touchdown, however. The Rocket defense came up with multiple key stops throughout the second half. With just over 6 minutes to play in the 3rd quarter, Field was driving deep into Rocket territory. The Bay defense forced a fumble and returned it 77 yards for a touchdown. Linebacker Mac Weingart was credited with the scoop and score. Throughout the rest of the game, Field struggled to get any kind of rhythm on offense. With a running clock in effect for the remainder of the game, there was not much opportunity for scoring.
