Oakland got Antonio Brown and had lots of draft picks. That’s about all to be excited about with this Raiders team unless you are a big Hard Knocks fan and look forward to watching them star on the show this year.
There are so many different personalities in that locker room now because I am not sure what direction the front office thought they were headed. There is a lot of young talent on the team but many of the veterans who should be the leaders for this group have some ego problems themselves and have been wrapped up in some controversy.
We will wait and see what really happens when Brown, Richie Incognito and Vontaze Burfict lead a young team…
If the big personalities can work together though, I believe there could be some good times ahead in the near future for this team.
Derek Carr is a good quarterback and I would take him as a franchise guy any day. I like his game and it will be nice to see him have some more weapons to start to build a connection with.
The main problem for them is that the Chiefs and Chargers are running the AFC West.
