by As the AEW fans remain overjoyed with another 13 match card that went about 2 hours too long, we prefer to take a more unbiased and accurate look at AEW’s All In from London.
Here are just some of the thoughts that jump out.

Lio Rush and The Rascalz (Dezmond Xavier, Myron Reed, and Zachary Wentz) defeated The Opps (Hook, Katsuyori Shibata, Anthony Bowens, and Action Andretti) by pinfall.
Take – The Rascalz gimmick was so much better used in TNA. What a huge fall from grace for Hook who once had momentum, the same can be said for Anthony Bowens. They are completely lost in the shuffle at this point.
Harley Cameron and Kris Statlander defeated Sisters of Sin (Julia Hart and Skye Blue) by pinfall.
Take – I like this move as Statlander has long been the face of the division while Harley Cameron deserved the win on a big stage.
Boom & Doom (“Big Boom!” A.J. and Q. T. Marshall) and The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin) (with Big Justice) defeated Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor, Lee Moriarty, Carlie Bravo, and Capt. Shawn Dean) (with Christyan XO and Trish Adora) by pinfall.
Take – This is so dumb with the kid and his overweight Dad who is trying to look like a tough guy. What a mistake by Lashley to sign with this company, they have done nothing with him.
Persephone defeated Maya World (c) by pinfall
Take – The first of several title changes on this card sees the return of Britt Baker DMD. I like this a lot as having the title on Maya World did little for anyone and Persephone deserved the win. Also, loved seeing Baker back in the fold as a heel.
The New Day arrives to win the Trio’s Titles along with Swerve Strickland. They are now called The Next Level.
Take – How lazy is this? You find the one black guy not currently doing anything with some name value and decide to pair them up. Tony Khan tries to promote extreme liberal booking and “acceptance of everyone”, but this is a joke! They have zero history with Swerve and this is just lazy.
The Brawling Birds (Alex Windsor and Jamie Hayter) defeated Divine Dominion (Megan Bayne and Lena Kross) (c) by pinfall
Take – I’m okay with the result but you just knew TK would book atleast one England Born competitor to win on this card.
Jon Moxley (c) defeated Nigel McGuinness by submission to retain the Continental Championship.
Take – Smart move to keep the belt on Mox and not go for the cheap pop of McGuinness who will now go right back to being an afterthought on the broadcast team of Collision.
Kazuchika Okada defeated Kyle Fletcher (c) and Konosuke Takeshita by pinfall to capture the AEW International Championship.
Take – Great booking here as Okada had long been on the losing side of this despite clearly being the elite member of the bunch. Happy to see it!
Andrade El Ídolo wins the Casino Gauntlet match by pinning Nick Wayne
Take- This is great, there are few better rags to riches story and just complete life and career turnarounds as the one of Idolo. He is finally hitting the stride and potential we all saw in him nearly a decade ago when he as NXT Champion.
Edge and Christian -errrrrr, I mean Cope and Cage retain the AEW Tag Championships over The Young Bucks.
Take – The Young Bucks lead in video was goosebump worthy. So was the faceoff afterwards with FTR, The Young Bucks and The New Level with the champs. Almost made me forget about this insane amount of no selling in this match.
Darby Allin defeated Kevin Knight (c) by pinfall for the TNT Championship.
An appearance by Steve Borden and Sting. The highest coffin drop ever by Darby Allin, huge moments and huge pops. This match promised memorable moments and it delivered!
Mercedes Monet defeats Willow Nightingale for the AEW Women’s Championship
Take – A fabulous match as Willow took a hell of a beating to further her babyface love. The Mercedes win will either now set up a return from Toni Storm to challenge her or Bayley from WWE. Time will tell.
Will Ospreay wins the AEW World Championship from Kenny Omega
Take – Love this! Great ending as Will gets his big moment finally!
