Labor Day Weekend will be Rockin’ at Great Northern Mall

North Olmsted, OH – August 26, 2026 – Collectors will have plenty to discover at Great Northern Mall this Labor Day weekend with three days of sports cards, athlete appearances and vinyl records. The Great Northern Card Show hosted by Greenie Sports Cards returns September 4 and 5, Prime Time Sports & Framing will welcome seven athletes for autograph and meet-and-greet opportunities, and Record Riots wraps up the holiday weekend with its Labor Day Vinyl Dig Party on September 7.

Great Northern Card Show hosted by Greenie Sports Cards – September 4 & 5
Over 190 tables featuring sports cards and memorabilia, TCG, Pokémon, 3D printing vendors, plus pop culture collectibles and more. Free to the public during regular mall hours 11am to 8pm. For more information, call (330) 486-5159.

Prime Time Sports & Framing Autograph and Meet-n-Greets – September 4 & 5

Specializing in autographed memorabilia, Prime Time Sports & Framing features thousands of items ranging from jerseys, helmets, bats and footballs to unique collectibles – including a Taylor Swift guitar. As part of the Great Northern Card Show weekend, Prime Time Sports & Framing will host seven athlete appearances.  Friday’s lineup will feature a trio of former Los Angeles Dodgers stars:

 

September 4 at 5pm – Steve Garvey – 10-time MLB All-Star, 4-time Gold Glove Award winner and 1981 World Series Champion

  • September 4 at 6pm – Kirk Gibson – 2-Time World Champion
  • September 4 at 7pm – Ron Cey – 6-time MLB All-Star, 1981 World Series Champion and World Series MVP

Saturday shifts the spotlight to the gridiron, with four Cleveland Browns players from past to present:

  • September 5 at 4pm – Braylon Edwards – Cleveland Browns Alumni and 1st Round Pick
  • September 5 at 5pm – Spencer Fano – Cleveland Browns Rookie and 2026 1st Round Pick
  • September 5 at 5:30pm – Emmanuel McNeil-Warren – Cleveland Browns Rookie and 2026 2nd Round Pick
  • September 5 at 6pm – Jared Verse – Cleveland Browns Linebacker

Record Riots Labor Day Vinyl Dig Party – September 7

Music enthusiasts will enjoy the Record Riots Labor Day event, the Dillard’s wing between Amp’d Arcade and Lane Bryant. The show will feature more than 50 dealer tables filled with LPs, CDs, tapes, and music memorabilia. Shoppers can browse thousands of titles spanning rock, jazz, soul, hip-hop, punk, blues, funk, and modern indie music.  Doors open from 11am to 5pm, with special early-bird admission beginning at 10am General admission is $5, while early admission is $15. For more information on tickets, here.
