Concacaf and TelevisaUnivision Renew Multiyear U.S. Spanish-Language Media Rights Partnership for Gold Cup and Nations League

Miami, FL (May 14, 2026) — Concacaf and TelevisaUnivision announced the renewal of their multiyear media rights partnership, keeping TelevisaUnivision as the Spanish-language home in the United States for the Concacaf Gold Cup and Concacaf Nations League through 2029.

The renewed agreement includes two editions of each competition: the 2027 and 2029 Concacaf Gold Cup, as well as the 2026/27 and 2028/29 Concacaf Nations League. The competitions will air across TelevisaUnivision’s linear and streaming platforms, continuing the partnership between the Confederation and one of the leading Spanish-language media companies in the United States.

The Concacaf Nations League unites all 41 Concacaf Member Associations in a biennial competition featuring league play across three divisions. The tournament culminates in the Concacaf Nations League Finals, where a regional champion is crowned, and also serves as a qualifying pathway to the Concacaf Gold Cup.

Held every two years, the Concacaf Gold Cup is the region’s premier men’s national team tournament, featuring the top 16 national teams from North America, Central America, and the Caribbean competing for continental supremacy.

“We are proud to renew our long-standing partnership with TelevisaUnivision, a strategic partner for Concacaf and one of the most effective ways for us to connect our competitions with Spanish-speaking fans across the United States,” said Philippe Moggio, General Secretary of Concacaf. “Together, we look forward to continuing to grow the reach and impact of the Concacaf Gold Cup and Concacaf Nations League, and to bringing fans closer to the passion, rivalries, and talent that define football across our region.”

The agreement builds on TelevisaUnivision’s broader commitment to Concacaf competitions, following last year’s announcement around Concacaf’s women’s competitions.

“We’re thrilled about the renewal of our strategic partnership with Concacaf to bring the top national team competitions in North America — the Gold Cup and the Nations League — to our platforms through 2029,” said Olek Loewenstein, President of Global Sports at TelevisaUnivision. “This builds on our commitment we announced last year behind Concacaf’s women’s competitions. Our teams are already building the most extensive Gold Cup coverage we have ever done for next summer, creating powerful new opportunities for brands to live inside these moments.”

TelevisaUnivision’s coverage will include the Concacaf Gold Cup and Concacaf Nations League through 2029, with teams already preparing extensive coverage for next summer’s Gold Cup.
