The annual McKee Family Summer Park Tour opened up last night from the new and improved Bohlken Park in Fairview Park.
This particular park has been a staple of the tour since 2022 when it began. However, what many people don’t realize is that for years it was one of the worst playgrounds around and now after the improvements that were finalized in October of last year, it is one of the best!
It went from being a playground that you could spend 10 minutes at before getting restless, to a playground you can spend hours at. The new and improved equipment along with a much larger space to play in, gives your children plenty of chances for fun.
Not only that, but it now has vibrant colors and a multitude of things to do!
Things to know for parents
Indoor bathroom and plumbing ( thumbs up )
Mulch woods chips over soft rubber ( thumbs down )
There are multiple paths to walk and baseball diamonds to watch some action as well. ( thumbs up )
Playground is fenced in ( thumbs up )
