Ohio City kicks off Opening Day with Inaugural Parade and Opening Day celebration at Market Square Park

CLEVELAND, OH — CLEVELAND, OH- Ohio City Incorporated is announces our inaugural Opening Day in Ohio City
pre-game celebration and Opening Day Parade to Progressive Field. The Market Square Park celebration will feature
an Opening Day Cookout with local vendors and ballpark favorites, our Rally Stage with music and entertainment,
craft beer and beverages, yard games and family fun, a 50/50 Raffle with prizes and memorabilia. Special
appearances by the Cleveland Guardians Hotdogs, Ketchup, Mustard, and Onion, and other mascots. To cap it off.

Slider will be leading our Opening Day Parade across the Hope Memorial Bridge to the festivities at Progressive Field.
Fans planning to stay in the area can enjoy the Opening Day Bar Crawl through businesses in the Market District and
Hingetown in Ohio City featuring game day specials and events.

The Opening Day in Ohio City event will open to patrons at 10 AM, with festivities leading up to the parade at 1:45
PM. It is free and open to all ages. Opening Day in Ohio City is a rain or shine event. As long as there is a ball game,
the show will go on.
