by John Cena will begin his final in ring run when 2025 begins. The word is that he will attempt to tie up any loose ends and possibly even make a serious run at this 17th World Championship. With that being the case, there is a short list of who his final match will be against.
While that may be up for grabs, the opponents he will face at some point almost seem to obvious.
Randy Orton – Perhaps his greatest rival next to Edge.
CM Punk – A feud with Cena put Punk over to the moon back in 2011, perhaps Punk returns the favor to Cena on his way out.
Rey Mysterio = Arguably the second most popular man on the roster during Cena’s heyday with the WWE 04-14.
Brock Lesnar – The one albatross that Cena never could seem to get past. How about one more match with an inspired Lesnar?
Cody Rhodes – If he is going to make a run at a 17th world championship, this match needs to happen.
