Season Four Episode One Recap
In the long-awaited debut of season four the long awaited “re-appearance” of Terry Silver occurs. The once psycho millionaire is now a slightly more docile millionaire. It appears he has overcome the hatred in which Cobra Kai taught him, he is also not on cocaine which has him calmed down as well. A Kreese visit and a shattered wine bottle lead us to believe, a return to the dark side is not far off for Sliver.
Johnny and Daniel have gotten off to the rough start teaching together as we thought they would. Hawk also has a hard time in his new setting of Miyagi Do. In the end he makes the effort of building a bridge as both Daniel and Johnny see this, and decide to keep giving things a try.
What did we learn?
Terry Sliver, even calmer, older and grayer, is still creepy as it gets. Also, despite not accepting the offer from Kreese to come back appears to only be temporary as the win bottle shattering symbolizes his eventual return to darkness.
Johnny and Miguels mom deciding to take it slow, just means they will eventually be together but it won’t start anytime soon. I would look for that romance to actually make it.
