Dover moved down the field on their first possession of the game in the first quarter.

Quarterback TC Molk capped the drive with a seven-yard touchdown run. The ensuing point after was good to put the Crimson Tornadoes up 7-0 in the first.

But Streetsboro marched right back down the field, capping off their scoring drive when Maysun Klimak found Carter Giacomo for a 25-yard touchdown reception. The ensuing point after failed, and Dover ended the first quarter up 7-6.

After a Dover score, thanks to Aiden Hall’s connection with Nathan Ravine, Richtell McCallister added his second rush touchdown of the game from 66 yards out. This pushed the lead to 40-14 going into the half.

“They challenged one another to be better than last night. The way that we finished that second quarter was the best execution we’ve had all year.” said Streetsboro head coach Pete Thompson.
