by 12. Hudson Explorers (6-2, Last Week: 22-24 @ Wadsworth, Previous Rank: 12)
The Explorers fell behind 24-3 at halftime, but battled back furiously before falling to Wadsworth 24-22. Trailing by three scores, Hudson went on a 19-0 run in the first nine minutes of the second half. Unfortunately, they fell just short. Star running back Reno Ferri broke off a 70-yard touchdown during the run, and finished with 147 yards on 18 carries. Quarterback Hayden Lipinski threw for 113 yards and a touchdown while adding another 61 yards and a score on the ground. Currently holding the #4 seed in Region 1, the Explorers look to bounce back this week when they take on Stow (2-6).
