2021 Lorain County Football Awards

Duel Threats That Landed on radar every single week

 

Midview RB Mason Kucera

29 catches for 294 yards, 332 yards on 62 carries for 5 yards an AVG per carry.  626 total yards, 10 total touchdowns as well.

 

Amherst Torree Weatherspoon

86 carries for 509 rushing yards to go along with 11 catches for 269 yards.  He had 7 touchdowns and several long kick returns to set up touchdowns for others as well.  Weatherspoon is extremely talented.

 

Columbia Owen Menge

26 catches for 477 yards to go with 564 yards on 60 attempts Menge was a huge threat.  He was the 2 in the 1 2 punch that he and Marco created.  Menge scored 17 touchdowns including a 6 touchdown effort one night as well.

 

Avon Lake Jake DePaul

Jake was the “do it all man” this year in Avon Lake.  If he could have played all 10 games at just WR, who knows what kind of stats he would have put up.  Never the less, check these stats out.

34 catches for 418 yards

71 carries for 331 yards

434 passing yards

8 total touchdowns.
