NXT Stand and Deliver 2023 is this coming weekend from Los Angeles at the Former Staples Center.  This has become the best show of the year for NXT and rivals WWE WrestleMania as one of the top shows of the year in all of WWE Programming.  This year should be no exception with a stacked card once again.

Chase University vs Schism

Prediction – Chase University

Reason – Chase U has been the lovable loser of NXT for the past year and a half.  Every now and then, you have to throw this product a win.  This is a perfect time to do it and Schism has shown signs of a possible split soon anyway.

Ladder Match for the Womens Championship

Prediction – Indi Hartwell

Reason – Ever since Mandy Rose departed, the focus has been on Roxanne Perez, but with her recent concussion storyline, I’m not sure what NXT is thinking here.  Like they did last year with Cameron Grime, my gut tells me they go with the feel good moment of Indi Hartwell with the win.

Triple threat for the NXT Tag Titles

Prediction – Gallus

Reason – They are red hot right now, while I think Lorenzo and Tony D eventually take the straps down the line, I see them staying put for now.

Fatal Five-way for the NXT North American Championship

Prediction – Wes Lee

Reason – Lee is over big time and needs to stay on top.  Axiom and Dragon Lee are not title worthy.  Ilja Dragonov is on pace to win the NXT world title before year end and JD McDonagh will be a post WrestleMania call up to the main roster.

Johnny Gargano vs Grayson Waller

Prediction – Gargano

Reason – It is the classic WrestleMania weekend Grudge Match.  I’d expect Gargano to get sweet revenge on Waller and for this feud to act up one more time once Waller arrives on Smackdown next month.

Alba Frye & Isla Dawn vs Fallon Hensley and Kiana James for the NXT Womens Tag Championship

Prediction – Frye and Dawn take the straps

Reason – Frye and Dawn are two of the best workers in all of NXT, it only makes sense to get the gold on them asap!

Carmelo Hayes vs Bron Breakker for the NXT World Championship

Prediction – Carmelo Hayes

Reason – For the second straight year, Breakker will lose the match in the main event at Stand and Deliver. Unlike last years shocker against Dolph Ziggler, this ones makes sense.  Hayes has been putting on five star classic while Bron has struggled to be embraced by the fans.  Also, all signs point to Breaker showing up on RAW this Monday night.
