The WWE is sitting on a Gold Mine with The Alpha Academy (Otis & Chad Gable), I just hope they are smart enough to realize it before it is too late. I’ve made it known several times how good Otis can be as a serious and not goofy character based on his amateur powerlifting past, and he has already proven that. Now, we are finally getting the best out of Chad Gable.
We all knew about Gable’s ability in the ring. He may have not won Gold in the Olympics as Kurt Angle did, but he sure as hell made it there, and that alone made him one of the best Greco Roman amateur wrestlers in the world. He competed for Team USA in the 2012 games after winning a State Championship in Minnesota prior to that. Gable, real name, Charles Betts, is the real deal!
Until recently however, a lot of people said he didn’t have the charisma to match his in-ring talent. He has dispelled that myth as well with his recent work. Ever since turning full heel and also turning Otis heel, Gable has done the very best work of his career. He has every skill needed to become the next Kurt Angle.
- He can absolutely go in the ring, and is sound bell to bell.
- He has mad mike skills and can cut a tremendous heel promo
- He has a catchphrase, ( A thank youuuuuuuuuu)
- He wrestle’s technical like Angle did, and he can also brawl and show aggression the way Angle did as well.
- He’s already shown he can get over any character you put on him or with him. Need further proof? This is the guy who found a way to make “Shorty G” work.
Chad Gable has become the total package. Instead of being upset because we’re never going to get the next Hulk Hogan or The Undertaker type character, let’s focus on the Kurt Angle 2.0 we have right in front of us if we allow our fandoms to accept it!
I am hoping that the Cleveland Browns make the playoffs next season and win the Super Bowl 🏟 and yes it sure can happen, it is their time been a fan for 45 years.
The Browns once again underachieved based on expectations, but I think if Berry can have another draft like he had last year and we can get our starters back and healthy, there isn’t any reason we can be there in February 2023.
