Our Mission
Wings of Resiliency was born out of heartbreak and built on hope. After losing our son David to suicide in 2022, we made a promise to turn pain into purpose by helping others find the strength, connection, and compassion they need to heal. Our mission is to bring together students, families, veterans, and first responders through education, prevention, and community support — because resilience isn’t something we face alone; it’s something we build together.

What Makes Our Cause Special
Wings of Resiliency isn’t just an organization — it’s a movement rooted in love, service, and action. We’re uniting schools, veteran groups, and mental health organizations across Ohio to create meaningful change, one community at a time. Through Resiliency Nights, scholarships in David’s honor, and partnerships with groups like NAMI, AFSP, the VA, the VFW, and the American Legion, we’re starting the conversations that save lives. Every donation fuels education, connection, and hope — helping us remind others that no one fights alone, and that this is not an “I” problem, it’s a WE problem.

Join us for an evening of community, hope, and purpose as we launch the D-Money Honey Fundraiser and the $2,500 Scholarship Raffle, supporting mental health and suicide prevention programs across Ohio.

🍯 D-Money Honey Jars – $10 each
All proceeds support Wings of Resiliency and partner programs including NAMI Ohio, AFSP, and The Hope for Best Foundation.

🍺 Red Wagon Farm will donate $1 per pint of beer sold during the event to Wings of Resiliency.

🎓 $2,500 Scholarship Raffle

• 100 tickets available — $100 each
  • Live drawing once all tickets are sold (official raffle barrel)
  • Scholarship funds paid directly to the verified school, college, or trade program
  • Remaining proceeds expand mental health and suicide prevention education statewide
