Wow, no one saw George demanding a trade to the Clippers but it turned out that was a stipulation for Leonard to sign there. Leonard is one of the best players in the NBA, top five in my humble opinion. He plays both sides of the ball and is the ultimate team player.
I have liked George since his days with the Pacers. He has so much talent but doesn’t seem to have that killer instinct to put teams away. He won’t need it playing alongside Leonard.
The supporting cast for these guys is rock solid as well. They can overwhelm opponents on offense with Lou Williams and on defense with Patrick Beverley.
