The Mustangs raced out to a 28-7 halftime lead and held on for a 42-14 win over Medina. Nathan Rodak broke a first-half tie with a 91-yard kick return for a touchdown. Kendrick Boddie returned to action and made the most of his limited opportunities, carrying the ball twice for 136 yards and two touchdowns. Strongsville has a chance to take control of the Greater Cleveland Conference title race Friday night when it travels to Mentor (6-0).
