St. Edward made a statement Friday night with a 63-27 blowout of Huber Heights Wayne, leading 49-14 at halftime. Quarterback Jonny Evanchick was nearly perfect through the air, going 12-13 for 236 yards and three touchdowns. The Eagles welcome in another tough foe this week when they host Glenville (2-1), who topped St. Edward 28-27 last season.
