1. Massillon Washington Tigers (7-0, Last Week: 28-7 vs. St. John’s College (DC), Previous Rank: 1)
The Tigers handled the Cadets easily 28-7 in what Max Preps called the top game in the country, but play was suspended with 6:45 remaining due to chippy play from both sides. Ja’Meir Gamble led the way on the ground with 91 yards. QB DaOne Owens returned and added 47 yards rushing and a touchdown, along with 155 yards and a score through the air. Massillon will hit the road for the first time this season when they visit Austintown-Fitch (5-2) Friday night.
