To be the man, you have to beat the man, and that’s exactly what the Tigers did in their 31-21 win over St. Edward, their 3rd straight victory over the Eagles. The biggest difference in the contest came on the ground, as Massillon racked up 236 yards rushing and held the Eagles to just 51 (1.5 YPC). Running back Ja’Meir Gamble turned in his best game of the season with 152 yards and two touchdowns against a tough St. Edward defense. The Tigers will face another tough test this week as they host DeMatha (MD) (2-1).
