Wadsworth Grizzlies Remain Undefeated Against Twinsburg Tigers

The injury-ridden Twinsburg Tigers lost to the Wadsworth Grizzlies stopping their win streak to two games. The Grizzlies defeated the Tigers to a final score of 55-10. The Tigers were without a number of their key starters including their quarterback Joey Pollock. In Pollock’s place, Dylan Fantone made his first varsity football start. Fantone threw his first touchdown pass to Rob Herndon but the game was mostly all Wadsworth.

Grizzlies quarterback Brysen Hall threw a total of five touchdown passes. Hall connected with receivers Calix Lemp and Jacob Earnest for two touchdown receptions each. A few rushing touchdowns were added by Cooper Gray, Gavin Madigan, and Kyle Schmeltzer.

The Twinsburg Tigers drop to 2-2 and will travel to Hudson next week to take on the Explorers. The Grizzlies improve to 4-0 and look to stay undefeated on the season next week against the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Bees.

Players of the Game:

QB, Brysen Hall (Wadsworth) – 5 TD Passes
