Amanda Nunes is the greatest female fighter in the history of the sport. Enough said! She beat Ronda Rousey in 48 seconds. She defeated “Cyborg” in 52 seconds, embarrassing both. In fact, neither woman against Nunes looked like they had ever once even stepped into a cage let alone being considered the greatest of all time.
Nunes is as legit as legit comes. She could beat most of the men on the roster as well. She is cocky, she is brash and loves to love herself. If she is headed for a letdown, only time will tell.
Her opponent Holy Holm was the first woman to destroy the legacy of Ronda Rousey. Since then however, she has done a whole lot of nothing. She has gone 2 and 4 and the fact that is getting a title joke is an absolute joke. It just goes to show how pathetic the state of the Women’s bantamweight division really is.
Nunes holds the Bantamweight and Featherweight championships. She plans on defending both for as along as she wants to.
Prediction – Nunes by KO early. Holm is an outstanding striker, but still, nothing can stop Nunes right now.
