Reason – I’m not sure why you would put a career jobber in the Hall of Fame. If you’re going to do that, why not the Brooklyn Brawler or Barry Horwitz for that matter.

Tony Atlas
With the exception of a one-time Tag Championship run with Rocky Johnson as the Soul Patrol, his career in the WWF and WWE was nothing to write home about. The only reason why his Tag Championship was heralded so much was because he and Rocky Johnson were the first African American Champions in the old WWF.

Koko B Ware
You can count his number of PPV singles victories on one finger. He never had the upper hand in any feud in his career, and his spot in the hall is simply because people loved his bird Frankie. He had a hit song in Piledriver, but I’m not sure how that qualifies him for a spot in the hall when so many other deserving performers should be in.
