Top 10 ECW Performers Who Should Be In The WWE Hall Of Fame

RVD

This one is still many years away, but he is another guy who has a strong resume in WWE alone to get in, yet alone the brilliance he had in ECW beforehand.  RVD is better than half of the guys you currently see on Monday night right now.

He was impossible to boo, and also impossible not to chant along with.  Bottom line, everyone loved his “high” flying, laid back talking, suicide diving style.  RVD was a game changer in many ways and has a spot locked up in any Hall Of Fame he wants.

Sabu

No one was like him before or since, and never will be for that matter!  He was a one of a kind and while the world focused on Mick Foley putting his body through hell in front of thousands, it was Sabu doing the same thing each and every night out in front of hundreds. Many WWE performers may never admit, but the style of Sabu was a forbidden fruit many weren’t even allowed to try. He proved that you didn’t need a belt to be seen as one of the very best in company history!

Shane Douglas

Shane was the opposite of that, he made lengthy title reigns a thing as the longest world Champion in ECW history.  He was also the first ECW champion under the new regime when they switched over from Eastern as well.  Douglas was a hated heel and always carried himself like a champion!
