by As I scroll down my social media feed the last 48 hours, all I can see is fans of THIS IS US complain about Toby mistreating Kate, and it blows my mind. Let’s take a brief look at what this man has sacrificed.
He has sacrificed time away from his children, and wife for months to build a better life for all invovled. It is not easy being on the road away from family but he took the best job possible and has endured being away to set up a strong foundation for them.
The man has done nothing but better his life so he can be the absolute best and HEALTHY husband and father possible. This guy, lost weight, got healthy and went out and proved his worth. It is not his fault that he wanted to better his health, both physical and mental.
Kate has had a problem with everyone and everything since the day this show began. She blames everyone else for being unhappy, when 9 times out of 10, it has been her fault. Was it a lousy move for Toby to look at a house without her and speak with agents? Yes, it was, I’ll give her that, but all the other reasons everyone is upset with Toby are ridiculous.
He simply wants his wife and children with him every single day. When and why did that become a bad thing? Not to mention the fact, that a lot of men are cowards and would have taken off the day they found out their child was blind and their wife had no interest in losing weight at already being 400 plus pounds. This guy, stuck it out like a true and loyal husband should because that is what a real man is going to do.
It’s a shame, he has been loyal, fair and hardworking, and he comes across as a villain? Are you kidding me? He cannot help the fact Kate had a father who passed away. He cannot help the fact she had to get an abortion. He cannot help the fact that her job doesn’t pay more. He wanted to lose weight, he wanted to get a better job, both excellent things. Why is this his fault?
Now, if she “finds love” by cheating on Toby with the British Boss, I will have no respect left for her or any fan that sticks up for adultery. Enough!
The bottom line, every time he improves his life, she get’s angry! Is that really the spouse you’d want?
